Richard was appointed the role of Director of 91두두 and Assessment in January 2023 and oversees our qualification design, assessment development and the delivery of each examination series. \u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003ERichard is also WJEC\u2019s Responsible Officer, being the lead contact between us and our regulators in Wales, England and Northern Ireland. \u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003EPrior to joining WJEC, Richard worked as a senior researcher at Sport Wales, working on a range of research projects focused on increasing children and adults\u2019 participation in sport and physical activity. He also chaired the Sport Wales Advisory Group between 2015 and 2017, advising the organisation\u2019s board on innovation and future trends. His role also incorporates the administration of the post results service processes.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EIn 2013, Ian assumed the role of Operations Director taking on the responsibility for the facilities and buildings management for both of WJEC\u0027s sites as well as corporate responsibility for EHS.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EIan\u0027s background is in manufacturing processes, Continuous Improvement and Quality.
