November 2025 Series Examinations
Timetabled written examinations for certain qualifications take place during November. Full timetables for all qualifications can be found on our Key Dates & Timetables page.

November 2025 Series Internal Assessment
Our Internal Assessment Mark Input System (IAMIS) went live on for the November 2025 series during October, allowing centres to submit their marks for internally assessed units/components. IAMIS can be accessed on Portal from ‘Menu’ by clicking ‘Examinations & Assessments’, then ‘Internal Assessment Marks/Outcomes’.&²Ô²ú²õ±è;
The deadline for submission of these marks is 5th November 2025.

November 2025 Series Despatches
Our Despatch team will continue providing centres with registers and examiner labels for the November 2025 series in November.
Please remember that confidential materials (including answer books) must be stored securely at all times, in accordance with JCQ requirements.

January 2026 Series Entries
The deadline to make entries for the January 2026 series was 21st October 2025, with an amendment window open until 11th November 2025.

January 2026 Series Transferred Candidate Arrangements Deadline
2nd December 2025 is the deadline to make requests for transferred candidate arrangements for the January 2026 series. These requests, as well as those for Access Arrangements and modified papers, can be made through the JCQ Centre Admin Portal (CAP), which can be accessed via .
January 2026 Series Internal Assessment

January 2026 Series Despatches

January 2026 Series VTQ Term-Time Checkpoint
24th November 2025 is one of our Vocational and Technical Qualification (VTQ) term-time checkpoints, in which centres will be provided with entry data on for centres to check, with a declaration to be returned once this has been done.
June 2026 Series Basedata
Basedata files for the June 2026 series will be made available by 21st November 2025, on our Basedata page for centres outside of England.
June 2025 Series Certificates
Certificates for the June 2025 Series will be issued to centres by early November. Further details on this process, including guidance on processing any certificate amendments required, can be found within our Post-Results Services and Appeals page.
National Centre Number Register (NCN) Annual Requirements
During October, NCN will be contacting all examination centres regarding:

Their annual update (to be completed by Exams Officers)

Their Head of Centre declarations (to be completed by the Head of Centre).
Annual completion of these surveys is a requirement of all registered examination centres and failure to respond by the 31st October 2025 deadline may result in the removal of centre approval status. Centres are, therefore, advised to respond to these requests as quickly as possible.
